Plastic Compound Underwater cutting system Working Principle:

The working principle of the traditional extrusion pelletizing is to melt and filter the plastic adopting the single extrusion or twin screw extrusion the strand or hot face cutting system to produce the granules,finally cooling or solidified to cut.However,the under water plastic pelletizing machine is a new machine which is in the moment of mel pump extrusion to touch with the cold water,then cut directly.Melting pelletizing has some obvious advantages compared with solidifying pelletizing.

Plastic Compound Underwater cutting system Advantages:

1.For plastic being cut off in melting status,then solidification through circulation water.So different viscosity high polymers all can adopt this cutting type.There is no any dust,shape structured,easy package and transport in melting to cut plastic granules.

2.It can change the size and shape as per the extrusion rate and cutting speed to adopting different die heads.It also can use different Qty of knife to change the size and shape of plastic granules.

3.The cutting plastic granules and cooling system are in one combined which saves the 4~6mm water tank,reduces the area of floor space.

4.This technology realizes automatic production,easy to operate,low noise,good granules quality.

 

5.Bigger capacity than water strand,lower power.

1.Hot melt adhesive pelletizing line:

 

These water ring pelletizing/ water-spray pelletizing/ under water pelletizing line can handle more than 5000PCS hot glue without any molten cooler. Some low stickiness hot glue only need to add a molten cooler.

3.Typical process: 
1Reaction kettle,cooling,crushing,twin screw melting,underwater pelletizing,centrifugal dehydrator system.
2Metering feeder,twin screw reaction extrusion,underwater pelletizing,centrifugal dehydrator system.

4,Polyolefin resin:
1)High output PE,PP production(more than 1000kg/h)  
2)High melting high output PP production(more than 300kg/h)
5,Mixing nature-changing materials:
1)   Universal master batch of small granule :PE,PP,ABS,EVA+pigment+other additives
2)Filling nature-changing: PP+80%-90% calcium carbonate production
3)Mixing nature-changing: PE,PP,PS+SBS PP,PA+EPDM
4)Intensified glass fiber: PP,PBT,ABS,PA,PC,POM,PPS,PET+long fibers,small fibers/crystals powder coating
